Ricky Burwell
Ricky has been part of the Leeds hospitality industry for 18 years and counting, working in and around drinks on both sides of the bar. Co founder of INDUSTRY BOXING EVENTS, promoting health and well being in our city and building a camaraderie through boxing and events.
Ben Randm
The other half of Ricky’s White Men Cant Jump IBE ownership. Ben is loved by all in the city priding himself of championing all who deserve championing, whilst promoting light and love through music and laughter.
Dave West – Brown Forman
Some could say Dave is just part of the furniture here in the hospitality scene in Leeds. A very well respected member of the industry with a wealth of knowledge in food and drink.
Lee Jones – Liquor Studio
Lee has been a true grafter in the Leeds industry, falling in love with drink creation over the years. He now runs very successful drinks festivals across the city including Rum Fest, Whiskey Fest & Tequila Fest.
Emma Greathead – 700 Solutions
18 years (so far) in the industry for Emma, excelling as a learning and development trainer & consultant collaborating with some of the leading operators in the industry.
Adam Wilson – Cazcabel
Manchester tried to take him but Leeds just pulled him back. Adam has worked on the drinks side for as long as we all can remember, and has looked after some very reputable brands and portfolios.
Mark ‘Uncle Charlie’ Valentine – White Fox Talking
Uncle Charlie… The White Fox legend himself, someone who talks the talk and walks the walk in Leeds (sorry for the Pun) – His podcast helps bring information and inspiration surrounding improving mental well-being.
Paul Bampton – True Group
Not sure how long Bam has been looking after various venues in Leeds for, could be 15 years, could be 50. Who knows? He now runs a very respectable security company and has built very strong relationships in the city.
Tony Jones – LWC Drinks
Wholesale drinks legend in Leeds, pretty sure no else deserves that title. We think it’s been over 12 years he has held that title for. Working with some of the most respected businesses in the north, and building his own very strong reputation we had to have Tony on our list.
JORDAN ODU – PGHL
Jordan Odu is director and co-founder of Pink Gorilla Hairy Lemon, a Leeds-based PR and events agency specialising in the bar and restaurant industry. As head of the agency’s hospitality and leisure division Jordan always has his finger of the pulse of the latest must-visit restaurants, new openings and foodie hotspots in Yorkshire..
